SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SLEEVE NATION does not guarantee that all items included in the SLEEVE NATION’s web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, SN will contact you shortly by email. We will refund you the amount of the purchase if we already have received payment from you.
SLEEVE NATION encourages the Customer to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with our customer service regarding the order.
Once the order has been processed, a ”Shipping Confirmation” e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The “Shipping Confirmation” is our acceptance of your order. The expected delivery time is set forth in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with reservation of products not in stock) and if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days and it is not due to you as Customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.

SLEEVE NATION reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages.
The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.
All prices on the website are presented in Euro and include Swedish VAT.
The prices do not include payment and shipping fees
The prices and any shipping charges on our Website may vary from time to time and SLEEVE NATION is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the “Shipping Confirmation” to you.
Shipping charges for your order are shown at the checkout stage.
Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 25% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details. To calculate the price with the VAT Discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.25. Please note this figure is different to simply reducing the price by 25%. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the “Shipping Confirmation”), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. SLEEVE NATION always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
SLEEVE NATION web store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you have the right to return or exchange your order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and will only be offered for a different size in the exact same item originally ordered. For an exchange fill in the size/color requested in the return slip that comes with your package. If you would like to change to a different item, you will need to make a return of your initial order and a new order must be placed.
You must return the item to the SLEEVE NATION’s online store's return address in perfect condition. The item should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
SLEEVE NATION earns the right to decline the request and the item will be sent back to you if the item/s is not in the same conditions as at the time of delivery.
For a return or exchange item(s), the return slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products.
Please follow theses steps:
• Put the item(s) in the original shipping box/bag (or any other solid carton box or plastic bag) • Fill out the return slip that comes with the shipment and put in the box or bag. • Securely close and tape the box or bag. • Write the return address on the box over the prior delivery information. • Return at your nearest delivery point. •Returns should be sent to the following address: Sleeve nation, Reklam logistic Lagervägen 36 136 50 Jordbro
Note that you as consumer bear the risk for the products until it has been delivered to SLEEVE NATION. Thus, you should always keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your own records.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. By emailing us at email@example.com with a description of the fault and a photo of your item.
Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our own expense. If a refund is chosen we will refund shipping costs We will return your funds as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receives the returned products and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND OTHER FEES FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the item/s are on your/customer responsibility (in accordance with your withdrawal and exchange right). Refunds for returned item/s will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question.
For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Once you have returned the items, please note that SLEEVE NATION will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to SN.
SN will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
You must also return the original invoice.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
